Throw Pillows

My living room in my new apartment is starting to really come together. I love the new slipcovers that I got for our sofas, the color looks great in the room, but having cream walls, and light tan sofas and carpet is making the room seem a little on the bland side.

See what I mean? Cream on cream on cream. SO I want to make some throw pillows…. I am thinking about keeping the 2 I have above, but making some to go with them for the other sofa. Or I could just scrap these pillows all together and make all new ones.

It might be nice to go with a bold print in a single color..

Or I like how this one uses a bold print with a neutral border around it.

I like this idea of attaching a bow… especially with those stripes.

I think the idea of doing a single pillow with a “B” on it might be cute….. or cheesy. What do you think?

I really like how this are just mixed and matched. It might be fun to do coordinating single pillows rather than sets of pairs.
