Lets talk about four poster beds…. because I love them, and I want to have one someday. I think they add a certain element of elegance and drama to a bedroom, that is hard to achieve with just a headboard.
I love modern 4 poster beds like this. they are so chic, but they can also feel a little harsh with the dramatic lines they create in a room. Thats why I LOVE it when I see one all dressed up with panel curtains
Notice how this isn’t really a 4 poster bed…. it is actually just fabric panels hun from a ceiling rod, but it created the illusion of a modern, dramatic 4 poster while maintaining a little softer and slightly more feminine feel to it.
